Here's a pair of handmade grey green double dome button earrings with hand wired green & peach crystal bead drops. These great old buttons remind me of big French lentils! They are some sort of early plastic or composition, perhaps vegetable ivory. I hung the buttons and drops on new lever back sterling silver ear wires. The buttons are 5/8" in diameter and the earrings are 2" long.

All of the buttons I use are old, some extremely old. Most have been used on clothing, which means they can show signs of wear. I do my best to show this in my photos.
