Vintage Button Pendant Necklace, Art Deco Copper 5 Point Star, Carved MOP Button, Button Jewelry, Button Necklace, Mother of Pearl

Here is a lovely vintage carved mother of pearl button pendant in art deco style accented with a small copper five point star button. I love this combination, but then, I'm partial to 5 point stars! The base button is a beautiful taupe color but it reflects all of the rainbow colors you expect from mother of pearl. I hung the pendant on a dark oxidized vintage sterling silver faceted 20" bead chain.

All of the buttons I use are old, some extremely old. Most have been used on clothing, which means they can show signs of wear. I do my best to show these in my photos.
