Vintage Carved White MOP Button Pendant Necklace, Mother of Pearl, Rhinestone Button, Sterling Silver Chain, Layered Button Necklace

Here is a lovely vintage carved white mother of pearl and rhinestone button necklace. I started with a beautiful carved white MOP button and mounted a silver casein button with a bright vintage rhinestone in the center. What a perfect combination! I finished with a silver pendant bail and I hung the pendant on another vintage piece, a lovely and classic oxidized sterling silver wheat chain, 20" long. The result is a beautiful layered button necklace you will be proud to wear or give as a gift.

All of the buttons I use are old, some extremely old. Most have been used on clothing, which means they can show signs of wear. Scratches, worn finish, and the occasional chip are to be expected. I do my best to show these in my photos.
