Vintage Mode Art Brooch Pin, Mixed Metal, Rhinestone Brooch, Leaf Circle Pin, Gold & Silver Tone, Wreath Brooch

I'm so in love with this dimensional, open design, vintage Art Brooch, consisting of rings of deeply textured gold and silver leaves. In the center is a swirl of clear rhinestones accented with a dark smoky larger rhinestone. The brooch is 1 7/8 inches in diameter. The rhinestones are all in great condition and are very sparkly.

The Art jewelry company, also called ModeArt, was started in the 1940s by Arthur Pepper. The company produced costume jewelry until the early 70s. Their heyday was in the 50's and 60s and I'm confident this piece came from that era.
