Vintage White Carved MOP Button Pendant Necklace, Mother of Pearl, Gold Rhinestone Button, Gold Plated Bar Link Chain, 31"

Here is a vintage white carved mother of pearl button necklace. I started with a beautiful carved MOP button, 1 1/4" wide, with a four cornered line and leaf pattern and mounted a lovely cut out gold rhinestone button on the center. The accent button also has a four cornered leaf pattern. What a perfect combination! The base button shines with blue, silver and taupe iridescence. I finished with a silver pendant bail and I hung the pendant on another vintage piece, a really outstanding gold plated bar chain, 31" long. The result is a beautiful layered button necklace you will be proud to wear or give as a gift.

All of the buttons I use are old, some extremely old. Most have been used on clothing, which means they can show signs of wear. I do my best to show these in my photos.
