This contains 2 PDF files: instructions of the Drop Down Braid on a Kumihimo disc, pattern (bead layout) and material list.
The Drop Down braid is a very easy braid technic that can be done on a Kumihimo disc.
With the Drop Down technic the beads line up without a twist what makes it possible to put different colors on the inside and outside of the braid.
Braiding with the 6 strand Drop Down technic on a kumihimo disc is very simpel. There are 2 threads North, 2 threads East, 1 thread South and 1 thread West. Move right top to bottom right and rotate the disc 90 degrees counterclockwise. Again move right top to bottom right and rotate disc etc etc.
De effect is really special: the Magatama beads at both sides line up without a twist.
The pattern is for a 8,26 inch (21 cm) bracelet without clasp. You can adjust the amount of beads to make it shorter or longer if you desire.
Please note that this is not a tutorial from start to finish on how to make the bracelet but only the pattern and a basic instruction!
