You think 16 strands Kumihimo is difficult? Just use a 3 mm inner core and it's as easy as with 8 strands!


PDF pattern (bead layout) for a 16 strands Kumihimo flower Bracelet.
The bracelet can be made on a Kumihimo disk or MaruDai.

The pattern is for a 8,26 inch (21 cm) bracelet without clasp. You can adjust the amount of beads to make it shorter or longer (for a neckless) if you desire.

Included PDF basic instructions of Kumihimo braiding with 8 strands and beads. Also instructions how to use a inner core when braiding with 16 strands.

(Braiding with 16 strands follows the same principles as with 8 strands, you only use 8 strands extra and an 3mm inner core, in this example i used 3 mm round leather, but 3 mm paracord will do also! )
